如有人打着留学生办公室或学校其他工作人员的名义向大家索要个人信息和钱财，或诱惑学生转账等行为，均属诈骗。请不要理睬。请把对方号码设置为黑名单。
Those, in the name of International Students Office or staff of USST, ask you for personal information, especially the bank account, or trick you into transferring money, are all frauds.
Be cautious! Do not respond to them. Blacklist the phone numbers.
