关于2025 年来华留学本科入学学业水平测试的通知

2025 International Undergraduate Entrance Academic Proficiency Test: Notice of Arrangements


根据中国国家留学基金管理委员会的相关工作要求，学校将组织“ 2025 年来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”工作，现将具体安排通知如下 ：

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the CSC, the university will organize the 2025 International Undergraduate Entrance Academic Proficiency Test. The specific arrangements are as follows:


一、测试对象

2025级来华留学本科新生

I. Test Takers（Target Intake）
All incoming international undergraduate students enrolling in 2025.


二、测试科目

2015级新生根据就读所选专业参加数学、物理或化学测试（其中数学为必考科目）。

具体考试科目，详见附件1。

II. Test Subjects

Incoming 2025 undergraduate students shall take tests in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry based on their chosen major (Mathematics is a compulsory subject for all).

Please refer to Attachment 1 for the specific test subjects required by major.


三、测试安排

1. 测试形式：

计算机教室或机房 集中开展测试

2. 测试时间：

1 0 月 19 日（ 周日 ）

09:30-10:30数学

14:00-15:00物理

16 :00-17:00化学


3.首场“数学”考试进场时间节点：

-08：40，抵达计算中心楼下

-08：50，进入考场

-09：00，考生开始登录考试系统，等待考试开始

-09：30，考生考试机自动跳转至答题页面，考生开始作答（作答结果实时上传，已上传的题目显示为绿色）

-10：30，首场考试结束


III. Test Arrangements

  1. Format:
    The test will be conducted centrally in computer labs/classrooms on Jungong Road 580 Campus.

  2. Schedule:
    Sunday, October 19, 2025

    • 09:30 - 10:30: Mathematics

    • 14:00 - 15:00: Physics

    • 16:00 - 17:00: Chemistry

  3. Procedure for the First Session (Mathematics):

    • 08:40 - Arrive at the area downstairs from the Computing Center.

    • 08:50 - Enter the examination room.

    • 09:00 - Candidates begin logging into the exam system and wait for the test to start.

    • 09:30 - The exam interface automatically switches to the question page; candidates begin answering (Answers are saved in real-time; successfully submitted answers are indicated in green).

    • 10:30 - The first session concludes.


四、考场安排

1. 考试地点：

北校区，计算中心5楼（图书馆东，图文信息大楼东侧辅楼）；

2. 考场设置：

504（35人）教室、505（37人）教室、506（51人）教室、508（48人）教室；

3. 准考证号与考场对应表：

详见附件1。


IV. Examination Venue Arrangements

  1. Location:
    North Campus, 5th Floor, Computing Center (East of the Library, auxiliary building east of the Graphic Information Building).

  2. Rooms:
    Rooms 504 (35 students), 505 (37 students), 506 (51 students), and 508 (48 students).

  3. Exam ID Number and Room Assignment:
    Please refer to Attachment 1 for the list matching your exam admission ticket number to your assigned room.


五、注意事项与要求

1. 2025级来华留学本科新生（含中英校区）都需参加本次考试。

2. 进入计算中心五楼后，全程需保持安静，不得吵闹，不可干扰同楼层其他考场考试；

3. 请严格根据所在考场监考老师的指令操作，考试结束前30分钟方可允许交卷，请合理控制时间；

4. 考试个人账号(个人考号)与密码设置，后期在新生微信内部群组内发布细节通知；

5. 不可随意弃考或缺考，针对弃考与缺考者，将纳入年度奖学金评审考量“负面清单”范畴。

V. Important Notes and Requirements

  1. All incoming 2025 international undergraduate students (including those from the Sino-British College) are required to take this test.

  2. Upon entering the 5th floor of the Computing Center, maintain quietness at all times. Do not cause noise or disturbances that may interfere with other examinations taking place on the same floor.

  3. Strictly follow the instructions given by the invigilators in your assigned room. Early submission of answers is permitted only 30 minutes before the official end time of the exam. Please manage your time effectively.

  4. Individual account credentials (username/Exam ID number and password) for the exam system will be announced later via the internal WeChat group for new students.

  5. Absence from the exam without valid reason is NOT permitted. Unexcused absences will be taken into consideration during the Annual Scholarship Evaluation Process.
