根据学籍学历管理的规范要求，必须完成学历生进行学籍图像信息采集。现将具体安排通知如下：
It is mandatory to get a registered student image for each degree persuant, hence please make sure to attend shooting activity as follows:
一、参加对象
1. PARTICIPANTS
全体在籍来华留学学历本科生、研究生，包括2020、2021、2022级学生（不包括2023级新生）
Undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in or before 2022, that have not grabbed “information code" and taken photo before.

采集时间：2023年12月15日（周五）中午11:30-12:50

四、注意事项
4. Notes
1. 拍摄前准备好”图像采集码“，拍摄时请务必带好护照及拍照费20元（可支付宝扫码支付或现金支付），拍摄费由中国图片社上海大学生图像信息采集中心工作人员在拍照时收取。
（1) Please prepare the image information code, be sure to bring along passport and pay CNY20 (by cash or Alipay scanning code) to the staff of Photo Agency on site.
2. 请避免穿着深色衣服；仪表应端庄整洁，免冠；勿化浓妆，勿戴首饰，勿戴有色眼镜。
（2) Please avoid dark clothing; Appearance should be dignified and neat, crown free; Do not wear heavy makeup, jewelry or colored glasses.
3. 请相关学院通知并提醒在校留学生按时参加采集。
（3) Student should be informed and reminded by relevant college to attend the image collection activity on time.
4. 拍摄期间，请遵守纪律，不要喧哗，以免影响拍摄秩序。
（4) Please do not make noise.
五、采集补拍
5. how to take the shooting if having missed shooting activity on December 15th
未能在上述时间内进行学籍图像信息采集的同学，请在2024年1月1日前持护照自行前往上海大学生图像信息采集中心采集完成补拍，相关信息如下：
Students who are not able to attend photo shooting as mentioned above should go to Shanghai College Student Image Information Collection Center with passport to take photo before January 1st 2024. Relevant information is as follows:
