为规范学籍信息管理，需要对来华留学学历生进行学籍图像信息采集，现将具体安排通知如下：

一、参加对象
1. PARTICIPANTS
全体在籍来华留学学历本科生、研究生，包括2020、2021、2022级新生，以及此前未采集过学籍图像信息的来华留学学历本科生、研究生
All undergraduate and graduate students who are studying in USST with academic degrees, including freshmen of Grade 2020, 2021 and 2022, as well as undergraduate and graduate students with academic degrees who have not collected student status image information before
二、校内集中采集时间和地点

采集时间：2023年3月27日（周一）下午13:30-16:30
Time: 13:30-16:30 PM, March 27, 2023 (Monday)
采集地点：军工路516号德国文化中心1楼
Location: 1st Floor, German Cultural Center, No. 516, Jungong Road
三、注意事项
3. Notes
1. 因拍摄时需进行登记，请务必带好护照及拍照费20元（可支付宝扫码支付），拍摄费由中国图片社上海大学生图像信息采集中心工作人员在拍照时收取。
1) As registration is required during the shooting, please be sure to bring your passport and pay CNY20 (which can be paid by Alipay scanning code) to the staff of Photo Agency.
2. 请避免穿着深色衣服；仪表应端庄整洁，免冠；勿化浓妆，勿戴首饰，勿戴有色眼镜。
2) Please avoid wearing dark clothing; Appearance should be dignified and neat, crown free; Do not wear heavy makeup, do not wear jewelry, do not wear colored glasses.
3. 请相关学院通知并提醒在校留学生按时参加采集。
3) Student should be informed and reminded by relevant college to attend the image collection activity on time.
4. 拍摄期间，请遵守纪律，不要喧哗，以免影响拍摄秩序。
4) During the shooting, please abide by the discipline and do not make noise, so as not to affect the shooting order.
四、采集补拍

未能在上述时间内进行学籍图像信息采集的同学，请在4月1日前持护照自行前往上海大学生图像信息采集中心采集完成补拍，相关信息如下：
For students who cannot attend photo shooting as mentioned above, please go to Shanghai College Students Image Information Collection Center with passport to take photo again as soon as possible. Relevant information is as follows:

交通：换乘地铁3、4号线，至宝山路站下，1号口出站，沿虬江路向东走至四川北路，即到。

换乘地铁10号线，至四川北路站下，4号口出来，沿四川北路往北走150米。
