各位在校留学生:
根据上海理工大学学籍与管理相关规定，为做好本校留学生管理工作，更好的服务于全体在校留学生，现要求所有在校学历留学生需进行学籍及个人信息登记工作。从2016年3月1日至2016年3月4日，本校所有在校学历留学生（包括中国政府奖学金获得者，上海市政府奖学金A类与B类获得者，以及自费学习学生）需到留学生办公室进行相关信息登记，请各位同学务必按时完成，逾期视作无故离校，学校将按相关规定进行学籍清除开除处理。

Dear all,
In Accordance with the relevant regulations of student enrollment status and management of USST, all the International degree students shall register their enrollment status and update your information at the beginning of each new semester.
All the International degree students, including the candidate of CSC, SGS(A), SGS(B), and self-supporting student, should go to the International Students Office to register the relevant information from March 1, 2016 to March 4, 2016.
Please register on time! The student enrollment status will be cancelled after the due date according to USST relevant regulations.
