上海理工大学大学生国际交流协会（Students' International Communication Association，以下简称SICA），是在留学生办公室指导下致力于师生共同推进学校教育国际化、促进学生国际化能力与素质培养的大学生组织。
上海理工大学大学生国际交流协会（SICA）是我校第一个中外交流学习的全方位平台，隶属于留学生办公室，SICA全面参与我校留学生的第二课堂与文化交流工作，是由中外学生联合自治的且系统较为完善，覆盖五大洲的学生组织。
创始人（原理事会会长）：上海理工大学金小东老师（现外语学院副书记）
现任理事会会长：留学生办公室主任苏明旭教授
协会全程指导教师：留学生办公室张永胜老师
协会设主席一名，副主席三名，下设主席团、秘书部、人事部、活动部、口译队、公关部、宣传部、办公室小组（新）及国际事务部（欧洲部、非洲部、亚洲部、拉丁美洲部、阿拉伯部）。
1.2 宗旨目标
大学生国际交流协会致力于培养具有国际视野，熟悉国际文化，通晓国际规则，擅长国际交流与国际合作的国际化人才；
致力于开展我校各种中外文化的友好交流活动和建设有特色、有影响力、有感染力的国际化校园文化；
致力于推动已有出国学习、实习经历的学生和未出国学生的交流互动，推动国际留学生和港澳台侨学生及大陆学生之间的交流互动；
同时也辅助留学生办公室教师开展其它有关文化交流活动。
Chapter One The Profile of SICA
1.1A Brief Introduction of SICA
Students' International Communication Association(SICA) of USST, is a student association which aims to advance USST Internationalization and promote student’s international qualifications under the guidance of the International Students Office.
SICA is the school’s first comprehensive platform for cultural exchange. Affiliated to the International Students Office, SICA participates in the second class program and cultural exchange for overseas students to a full scale extent. It is an association with perfect system governed by Chinese and International students jointly and independently, covering students from the world’s five continents.
Founder（The Former Council President）： Mr. JIN Xiaodong（current deputy secretary of the College of Foreign Languages）
The Council President: Professor SU Mingxu (director of the International Students Office)
The SICA Supervisor and Guide Teacher：Mr. ZHANG Yongsheng from the International Students Office
Association headquarters----On the second floor of Hujiang College（the red villa to the west of the International Exchange Division）
SICA sets up one President and three Vice Presidents. SICA consists of the Presidium, Secretary Department, Department of Human Resources, Department of Operations, Department of Public Relations, Department of Publicity, Department of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, SICA Headquarter Group and Department of International Affairs（European Division, African Division, Asian Division, Latin American Division and Arabic Division）.
1.2 The Object And Purpose
SICA aims to cultivate internationalized talents who are with international vision, possess knowledge of different cultures, understand international rules and expert in international communication.
It aims to carry out various cultural exchange activities as well as create a distinctive, influential and catching international campus culture.
It aims to promote interaction between students who have studying or
internship experiences overseas and those who don’t. It promotes interaction among international students, students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and mainland China.
It also aims to help the supervisors of ISO carry out other cultural exchange activities.
